    1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of IziStore, including stores, messaging campaigns, AI agents, automations, APIs and integrations. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for compliance by your team members, agents and anyone acting through your account.

    2. Prohibited products and content

    • Products illegal in the country of sale: narcotics, controlled substances, prescription medicines without authorisation, weapons and ammunition.
    • Counterfeits, pirated goods, unlawfully obtained software or activation keys.
    • Child sexual abuse material, sexual violence, human exploitation or trafficking.
    • Hateful content, incitement to violence, harassment, glorification of terrorism.
    • Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, guaranteed-earnings claims, fake investments, scams.
    • Misleading health claims, miracle cures, fake reviews and fabricated testimonials.
    • Forged documents, stolen personal data, resold payment cards or credentials.

    3. Messaging rules

    • Contact only people who gave verifiable consent, or with whom you have an existing business relationship where the law permits.
    • Do not import lists that were purchased, rented, scraped from directories or harvested from groups.
    • State the sender’s identity clearly and offer a simple opt-out; process opt-outs without delay.
    • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta platform rules, response windows and approved templates.
    • Do not automate a personal WhatsApp account contrary to WhatsApp’s terms, and do not circumvent a platform’s rate limits.
    • Do not send bulk messages from disposable numbers to evade a sanction.

Breaking these rules endangers shared infrastructure: we operate zero tolerance for proven spam.

    4. Platform security and integrity

    • Do not attempt to access accounts, stores or data that are not yours.
    • Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written authorisation.
    • Do not inject malicious code, or use the service to host malware or phishing pages.
    • Do not circumvent quotas, rate limits, authentication or access controls.
    • Do not overload the infrastructure with excessive automated calls, and do not resell API access without agreement.
    • Do not bulk-extract data from the platform or from other users’ stores.

    5. Use of artificial intelligence

    • Do not generate content that misrepresents a person or brand, or pass an AI agent off as a human where the law requires transparency.
    • Do not generate illegal or defamatory content, or content designed to manipulate a consumer (fake promotions, fake stock, false urgency).
    • Review AI output before publishing: prices, stock and contractual commitments remain your responsibility.

    6. Respect for connected platforms

Use of an integration must comply with the terms of the platform concerned: Shopify, WooCommerce, YouCan, Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Telegram, payment providers and carriers.

Any practice designed to circumvent their rules (multiple accounts to evade a suspension, falsified conversion data, use of tokens obtained without authorisation) breaches this policy.

    7. Reporting

Report abuse, unlawful content or a security flaw to [email protected]. We acknowledge security reports within 72 hours.

Security researchers acting in good faith, without exfiltrating data or degrading the service, will not face legal action from us.

    8. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may: warn, cap a quota, disable a feature, suspend the account, remove content, terminate the contract, preserve necessary evidence and report the facts to the competent authorities.

A suspension for serious breach gives no right to a refund, in line with the Refund Policy.
